spirituality and yoga, When I was a college student I and my friend went to the ashram of Swami Shivananda saraswati, a disciple of Paramahansa Swami Nigamananda. It was at Palpara Phari ( near(Baranagar) There was an Brahmachari name Yogeswar.Iseriously practiced the secret and toughest yoga technique such as Bastra Dhauti ,Barisar Dhauti, Nauli ,neti and Kapalbhati and secret Vazroli Mudra and Khechari Mudra.One day we went to halisahar to meet Swami Satyananda saraswati another disciple of swami Nigamananda.ONe day I with my Kakaji went to hear the lecture of Anirvanji in Aurobindo Pathmandir. Ath nthat time he was taking yhe class of Sri Aurobindo's Savitri.My Kakaji wrote a book about the life of Das krishna Das. Sri Anirvan wrote two lines as appriciation, This was also printed. After this I attened the lecture of savitri for severel times.
